We investigate the chiral symmetry restoration/breaking of a dense, magnetized and rotating quark matter within Nambu Jona-Lasinio model including $N_f=2$ $N_c=3$ numbers flavors colors, respectively. Imposing spectral boundary conditions, as well positiveness energy levels, lead to correlation between magnetic rotation fields such that strongly plasma can not rotate anymore. solve gap equation at zero finite temperature. At temperature baryon chemical potential $\mu_B$, we sketch phase diagrams $T_c(\mu_B)$ $T_c(R\Omega)$ in different cases. As result, always observe inverse-rotational catalysis mean decrease $T_c$ by increasing $R\Omega$. But field has more complex structure diagram. For slowly plasma, find decreases $eB$, while fast see increases $eB$. Also, locate exactly position Critical End Point solving equations first second derivatives effective action with respect order parameters, simultaneously.
